Bacon and Cheese Pasta Bake

  • 6 slices smoked bacon
  • 80g mature cheese
  • sprinkle of parmesan
  • 350g conchiglle or penne pasta
  • 1 pint white sauce


  1. Cook pasta until al dente
  2. Fry or grill bacon till crispy and tear into 1 inch pieces, mix with cooked pasta and transfer to oven proof dish
  3. make the sauce as per my recipe and season with black pepper, pour over the pasta, top with grated cheese and grill until golden about 10 – 15 minutes
