Ingredients
- 1Red cabbage finely sliced
- 1 large red pepper chopped
- 1 Large ripe mango pealed and sliced
- Salt to taste
- 2tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp English mustard
Method
- Place the cabbage into a large bowl add the mango and pepper. Mix the Worcestershire sauce and mustard and pour over the cabbage. Add the salt and gently mix. Cover and place into the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving.
