Cod in Tomato Sauce

  • 1tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1heaped tbsp. brown sugar
  • tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cod fillet


  1. Heat the oil Into a frying pan. Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes until lightly brown. stir in the tomatoes sugar and soy and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for about 5 minutes the place in the cod, cover and cook for 10 minutes
