- 1tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1tin chopped tomatoes
- 1heaped tbsp. brown sugar
- tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cod fillet
- Heat the oil Into a frying pan. Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes until lightly brown. stir in the tomatoes sugar and soy and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes the place in the cod, cover and cook for 10 minutes
