Slow Cooker shredded beef

  • Beef roasting joint
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsp steak seasoning


  1. Place the beef into the slow cooker, add the beef stock, pour the Worcestershire sauce over the top and sprinkle over the steak seasoning.
  2. Turn on low and cook for 6 – 8 hours, then with a folk shred the beef into the sauce and cook for a further hour.
  3. Store in the sauce until required
