Soda Bread



170 grams self raising flour
170 grams whole grain bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 millilitres buttermilk or mixed natural yoghurt  and milk

Per heat the oven to 180

Weigh out the dry ingredients and place in a mixing  bowl.
Mix yogurt  and milk in a jug then slowly add to mix and work in
Once all is added bring the mix into one, flour a work surface and a baking tray
Turn out the mix and work it until it comes together in a neat ball
Place on the tray and cut a cross into the top, this allows the bread to rise
Put into the oven and leave for about 30mins
Remove and allow to cool
