Tomato and feta Tapas-Side dish


  1. 1large beef tomato
  2. Feta cheese
  3. Green olives
  4. Sat and pepper
  5. Extra verging olive oil


  1. Cut the tomato in thin slice then slice the feta cheese into thin slices place the slices of tomato onto a dish and place a slice of feta between each slice of tomato.
    Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra verging olive oil
    Serve with olive and toasted Bruschetta
