White Sauce


  1. 25 Grams flour
  2. 25 Grams Butter
  3. 1/2 Littre milk


  1. place the milk into a pan add the flour and butter and whisk until thickened
  2. If you stop whisking it will go lumpy, so keep going until finished
  3. This can be used for cheese sauce, Parsley sauce, Fish Pie, or just as it comes.
  4. For cheese sauce once thickened add grated cheese to taste melt into the sauce over a low heat
